SHIPPING POLICY

Ann House provides National Shipping Service.

– After receiving your successful payment (Bank Transfer), items will be delivered/ dispatched.
– Shipping fee will be informed when we confirm your order.

Shipping Service
– Grab Express: Ho Chi Minh city and Ha Noi city.
– VNPost: other destinations.

Notes
– Recipient can check the goods while receiving.
– Goods will be shipped to the address that you provided in your order.
– We will deliver on 11:00 – 16:00 (applied to successful payment before 10:00).
– In case the payment is completed after 10:00, the delivery will be moved to the next day on 11:00 – 16:00.
– We do deliver from Monday to Friday (except holidays).
– Delivery to other destinations (except Ho Chi Minh city & Ha Noi city), tracking number of the order would be informed recipient for more convenience & flexibility.

Estimated delivery times
Ho Chi Minh city and Ha Noi city: 1-2 days.
Other destinations: 3-7 days.
Delivery time excludes Saturday, Sunday and traditional holidays.

Shipping policy

1/ You will be informed if Ann House is unable to make the delivery within the specified period. Nonetheless, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred for any late delivery.

2/ Please be informed that Ann House may be unable to deliver the goods to some areas, such as natural disaster area, infected area,… In such cases, we will inform you when you have made the purchase order. Ann House will cancel your purchase order or make the delivery to the secondary address that you provide to us them when the purchase order is made.

3/ Delivery will be made with the Standard shipping method. If you request the Express, you agree to pay for the additional expenses incurred. We will inform you of the shipping fee before using the service.

4/ If you are not ready to accept the delivery for the goods, the Shipping Company may issue a notice to inform you about the next delivery or you may have to take the products from the delivery service provider.

5/ Cancellation by the customer (in the case where you have changed your mind before the goods are delivered), please contact us immediately via Hotline or info@microvietnam.com. If the goods under the purchase order have been delivered, the cancellation may not be possible.

6/ We only deliver the goods after receiving your payment.

7/ In the festive seasons, the delivery might take more time than the estimated delivery days. We will try our best to deliver your items in the proper time in this situation.
