GUARANTEE POLICY

MICRO products will be guaranteed in case of manufacturing defects:
– 24 months (Micro Scooters, Micro Balance Bike/ G-bike Chopper and Micro Air Hopper)
– 12 months for Innovation products (Micro Trike, Micro Wagon, Micro Eazy Luggage, Luggage Scooters,…)
– Accessories are not under the guarantee policy

Please kindly note:
– During the guarantee process, the last decision is taken by Ann House for GUARANTEE or REPLACEMENT OF SPARE PARTS or REPAIR THE PRODUCTS.
– The Guarantee is not applied in such cases as you have changed product’s design/mechanism or your scooter wears out normally while using.
– We provide spare parts in case you need and they are not free.
– The item that need be guaranteed will be brought to our indicated location below. In case you cannot bring item to our guarantee location, please contact us via Facebook / Hotline to ask for delivery service with fee.
– PAOLA REINA and KID SUM PLAY products are not under the guarantee and exchange policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY

– Exchange within 24 hours with conditions: new and not used, box and receipt included.
– The new product’s value will be equal or exceed previous ones.
– Promotion items cannot be exchanged in any circumstances.
– PAOLA REINA and KID SUM PLAY products are not under the exchange policy.
– Customers have to pay incurred expenses of the exchange.
– Exchange is only applied at the shop where customer bought the items.

– Note: We do not apply for Returns & Refund.
