GUARANTEE POLICY

MICRO products will be warrantied in case of manufacturing defects:
– 24 months (Micro Scooters, Micro Balance Bike/ G-bike Chopper, Micro Air Hopper)
– 12 months for Innovation products (Micro Trike, Micro Wagon, Micro Eazy Luggage, Luggage Scooters,…)
– Accessories are not under the guarantee policy.
– LED wheels of Micro Scooter are not under the guarantee policy.
– Other brands are not under the guarantee policy.

Please kindly note:
– During the guarantee process, the last decision is taken by Ann House for GUARANTEE or REPLACEMENT OF SPARE PARTS or REPAIR THE PRODUCTS.
– The Guarantee is not applied in such cases as you have changed the product’s design/mechanism or your scooter wears out normally while using.
– We provide spare parts in case you need and they are not free.
– The item that needs to be guaranteed will be brought to our indicated location below. If you cannot bring item to our guaranteed location, please contact us by Hotline to ask for delivery service.

EXCHANGE POLICY

– Micro products can be exchanged within 24 hours with conditions: new and not used, box and receipt included.
– Other brands are not under the exchange policy.
– The new product’s value will be equal or exceed previous ones.
– Promotion items cannot be exchanged in any circumstances.
– Customers have to pay incurred expenses of the exchange.
– Exchange is only applied at the shop where customer bought the items.
